RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY 


REFUNDS

- Packages can be refunded within 30 days purchase. 

- Refunds are not automatic. Please email us to request a refund.

- Packages must be unused. No partial refunds.

PACKAGE EXTENSIONS

- No extension on any package. 

NON TRANSFERABLE

- Class credits are non transferable. 

- Each student must create their own account and have their own package. Packages cannot be shared. 

FACULTY SUBSTITUTES

- Students must opt in for emails to receive notification about faculty substitutes.

CANCELLATIONS

- Cancellations at least 8 hours before class are considered: EARLY CANCEL.

- Credit can be used for another booking within package expiration. Packages cannot be extended.

- Early cancellation is not a refund. 

- Cancellations within 8 hours of class are considered: LATE CANCEL.

- Credit is forfeited. 

- No refunds on late cancellations.

- Monthly Package holders will be charged an additional $18 for late cancellations.

- The only way to guarantee a cancel is to go into your account and click "cancel" for the class.

NO-SHOWS

- Students who do not cancel themselves are considered: NO-SHOW

- Students will be charged $18 for failure to cancel themselves. 

ONLINE WAIT LIST

- Students are automatically filtered into the class as other students cancel themselves.

- Students must opt in for emails to receive confirmation.

- All policies apply if student chooses not to opt-in for emails.

- Students are responsible for removing themselves from the waitlist.

- Students who do not receive an email will have their class credit returned into their account.

- Package must be used before expiration date. 

- Packages are not refunded automatically. No extensions on packages. 

- Students without an active package will be removed from the waitlist without notice. 

- Students may choose to drop by the studio as a walk-in.

- Walk-ins are not guaranteed (based on number of no-show students) and are first come first serve. 

IN-STUDIO WAIT LIST

- Any available spots in a class are first come first serve. 

- Spots will given to standby students if there are no-show who do not arrive after 10 minutes into the class. 

LATENESS

- We understand that sometimes work runs late or you're stuck waiting for the train. Please email or text (917) 268-1023 if you're going to be late. No exceptions.

- State your first and last name and the class you are attending. 

- Failure to do so will result to a forfeit of your spot and might be given to a stand by student. 

- No students will not be allowed into the class after 15 minutes into the class without prior notice. 

- If you make the effort to come to the studio, you will be early cancelled.
